Owner/Chef, Barb Colvin has been catering in Spartanburg for over 30 years. Palmetto Palate is proud to be one of the few catering companies designated by the South Carolina Department of Agriculture as “Fresh on the Menu”. We use the finest ingredients to create a health, flavorful dining experience. Everything we serve (except bacon) is created in house from scratch. We also subscribe to “green”. We NEVER use Styrofoam. If disposable service ware is needed, it is biodegradable. Our preference is to use china, stainless flatware, cloth napkins and glass beverage ware to cater to your taste.
